Kestrels have had a brilliant first couple of weeks and are settling in well into life in year 3!
So far in art, the children have begun learning how to use watercolours and have learned about colour theory. In the pictures below, they are recording contrasting or complementary colours. This week they will be working on mixing colours to match colours in famous pieces of artwork and then they will use these colours to produce their own innovative artwork which will be displayed in the hall!
