Golden Certificate Assembly – Summer  Term 2026

Each week in school children receive certificates. At the end of the term, we award Golden Certificates for children who their teachers feel have consistently shown achievements in these areas. We have six learning behaviours: Ready, Resilient, Responsible, Resourceful, Respectful Reflective. We have 3 rules in our school – Be safe, Be positive, Be kind.

Wrens

Learner of the term: Lottie for always showing an eagerness to learn and share her knowledge with others.

Learning Behaviours Star of the Term: Aarya for being a fantastic role model for all of the six learning behaviours.

Golden Rules Star of the Term: Jasper for always being kind, safe and positive.

Presentation Star of the Term: Oliver for working hard all year to improve his letter formation.

Robins

Learner of the term: Verity for always showing a good attitude to learning by trying her best and listening carefully.

Learning Behaviours Star of the Term: Harry for consistently demonstrating the six learning behaviours. He comes to school ready to learn and always tries his best.

Golden Rules Star of the Term: Elsie for always following the Golden Rules. She is kind, respectful and considerate to everyone.

Presentation Star of the Term: Grace for always taking great care and pride in her work. Keep up the fantastic work!

Swifts

Learner of the term: Finn for always being keen and enthusiastic to share his wealth of knowledge.

Learning Behaviours Star of the Term: Amelia for consistently following the six learning behaviours and being an exceptional role model.

Golden Rules Star of the Term: Joseph for always following the Golden Rules and being a great role model.

Presentation Star of the Term: Mortimer for exceptional resilience and improvement in the quality of his handwriting.

Kestrels

Learner of the term: Xanthe for working incredibly hard on her targets and doing her best in all work.

Learning Behaviours Star of the Term: Hettie for being an outstanding role model and using the six learning behaviours in all her learning.

Golden Rules Star of the Term: Deanna for following the Golden Rules every day at school.

Presentation Star of the Term: Alice for her consistent effort to improve her joined handwriting.

Falcons

Learner of the term: Grace for always giving all tasks 100% effort and working hard to learn her lines for the school play.

Learning Behaviours Star of the Term: George for demonstrating the six learning behaviours in all that he does and putting his best foot forward!

Golden Rules Star of the Term: Kyle for approaching all learning tasks positively and giving everything a try.

Presentation Star of the Term: Logan for working hard on the oral presentation of his lines by using a loud, clear voice.

Owls

Learner of the term: Dylan for engaging fully in every learning opportunity.

Learning Behaviours Star of the Term: Peta for being a resourceful and reflective learner.

Golden Rules Star of the Term: Cassie for always being a kind and positive member of Owls.

Presentation Star of the Term: Pym for taking care and pride in her handwriting.

Housepoints

At the end of this term, the winning house was Bury and they had a non uniform day to mark this achievement.

Attendance

Swifts received a golden certificate for having the highest attendance for the term and the academic year. Well done Swifts. Keep this up when you move into Kestrels!
