Learners of the Week

Wrens – Cassian for really applying himself in phonics this week.

Robins – Rex for working hard in Maths and showing a passion for numbers.

Swifts – Amelia for showing excellent understanding when learning about multiplication in Maths.

Kestrels – Olive for proving that she can rise to a challenge in maths.

Falcons – Grace or consistently high levels of effort and concentration across the curriculum.

Owls – Rory for excellent effort in solving ratio and proportion problems.  

 

Golden Rules – We have 3 rules in our school – Be safe, Be positive, Be kind

Wrens – Zack for always being a fantastic role model of Golden Rules.

Robins – Billie for always being positive and encouraging others to be positive.

Swifts – Rex for always following the Golden Rules and being a great role model.

Kestrels – Renzo for his positivity towards learning this week.

Falcons – Ziggy for showing an increasingly positive attitude to challenge in class this week.

Owls – Charley for being a kind and supportive friend and learning partner.

Kestrels – Fabian for being resourceful in maths lessons

Falcons – Archie for showing resilience in the class assembly.

Owls – Jasper for being resilient when solving maths problems.

 

Presentation Star of the Week

Wrens – Arthur for working hard to improve his letter formation.

Robins – Iris for making lots of progress with the presentation of her handwriting.

Swifts – Roma for trying hard to form all her letters correctly.

Kestrels – Madison for trying hard to present her work neatly.

Falcons – Lottie for taking care with her presentation in all her work.

Owls – Ben for his excellent persuasive letter where he took time and care over his handwriting.

 

Home Presentations

Wrens – Noah B for his presentation about football which included a fantastic football pitch model.

The winning class this week was Robins with 100% – well done Robins! For the academic year, Swifts remain in the lead – although Robins have closed the gap even more! Well done Robins and Swifts!

House points


Well done to Bury who were the winning house this week with a total of 103 – the house captains were very excited to have topped 100. Bury remain in the lead for the term so far.  

 

This term we have been having house lunches on Friday where the whole house eats together. Adults have also been invited to have a lunch and join the house.
