The Last Week of Term

We’ve had a lot of fun in Kestrels this week. In Maths we have been learning about measuring mass and capacity. We practiced these skills by making rocky road and fruit cocktails. They were delicious!

In our RE lessons we have been learning about why Easter is important to Christians.  Reverend Mary came and spoke to us about Easter traditions and we ate hot cross buns to remind us that Christians believe Jesus died on the cross. We also wrote TSP prayers (thank you, sorry, please) on balloons. We popped these to remind us that Christians believe that if we say sorry then God forgives us.

We’ve had a lovely week and are looking forward to our Easter holidays.
