Falcons had a fantastic day enjoying their reading, listening to stories in other classes and in our own classroom too. Friday morning began with a ‘Doods and Toots’ lesson, in which children playing toots learned to make notes using the mouthpiece (like a flute).
Later, after break, we were treated to musical performances from some of the children who are learning the piano – a real treat. It was lovely to hear how well they can all play! We are all looking forward to playing our doods and toots for you later this term.
Later on Friday, we made print blocks based on animal fur, feather and scale patterns – we are hoping to print with these next week.
