In PE, Falcons have been developing their leadership, cooperation and strategic thinking through outdoor and adventurous activities, using Capture the Flag as our stimulus. Pupils have worked in teams to plan tactics, communicate effectively and adapt their approach during the game. They have taken on different roles, supported one another and shown resilience when faced with challenges, all while learning how teamwork and good decision-making can lead to success.
