PGL day 2- 24.03.26

Today was our first trip out from PGL and we went to Legoland. We had a brilliant day and we were so lucky with how many rides we went on. We explored all the different areas of the park and some of us went on over 20 different rides. Our favourites included Flight of the Sky Lion and Autumn’s riding adventure.

We arrived back at about 6.30pm and went straight to dinner where we had the choice of Katsu curry, quorn nuggets and macaroni cheese.

After dinner, we went out for our evening activity of balloon splash. We were in three groups and had to complete different activities to win coins for materials to protect a water balloon. The water balloon was then dropped from a height to see if it withstood the protection.

All the children are tucked up in bed and ready for PGL activities tomorrow.

  1. 20 rides!! Is that a record for legoland?! The trip looks amazing, thanks for the updates and the photos, it looks great. I’m guessing William had macaroni cheese for dinner, one of his favourites!

    1. He’d like me to let you know that no, he was adventurous and ate chicken katsu curry!

      1. Haha, very good! Look forward to hearing whether I should add it to next week’s dinner choices.

  2. With the exception of one room who woke before 6am – we had to wake every single room this morning for breakfast. All in brilliant spirits and ready for a day of fun at PGL today. The sun is starting to shine after some wonderful wind and rain last night!

  3. Such a treat to have no long queues at Legoland, the children all look so happy (if a little soggy on the log flume!!). Have a great day of PGL activities today!

  4. Sounds like such an amazing trip so far!! Is it possible to get a sighting of Rory! It’s like playing Where’s Wally!!!!

    1. Some of the children went on more rides than others, hence feature in more photos but all the children are in the group photos. When we get back I’ll put all the photos in a dropbox for you all.
