Owls had a great morning taking part in an exciting assembly and workshop all about reducing, reusing and recycling. The children learned why it’s so important to cut down on waste, explored what everyday items can be reused or recycled, and discovered what plastic can be recycled into including new products like clothing made from plastic fibres. We also investigated different materials to see which bin they belonged in. Hopefully this will help us make informed decisions at home and at school.
