Today, we took part in a Safer Internet Day Live Lesson where we learned about what artificial intelligence is and what AI chatbots are. We looked at benefits and risks of using chat bots and identified that chatbots need to be reliable, relevant, accurate and unbiased. We thought like responsible AI designers and designed a safe and reliable chatbot.
