In our Science learning this term we are looking at different materials and how they are used. Earlier in the term we looked at materials and sorted them into man-made and natural. This week we have thought about how materials can be changed. We investigated four materials (plastic, metal, clay and sponge) and tested them to see how they would change if we stretched, squashed, bent or twisted them. We enjoyed this activity and could answer questions about the different materials. We are looking forward to completing more science investigations.
